sterling silver 925/000, vegetable tanned leather

WERKSTATT:MUNCHEN uses exclusively belt leathers that are custom made in a traditional vegetable tanning process.
This belt is part of the “folded” line, inspired by the art of folding paper: to form the buckle silver is bent by hand, playing with angles, proportions, light, and shadow. On the unpolished surface, the original marks of the tools used are left visible.
The buckle holds a silver eye that is sewn in traditionally using two needles and has a button closure.
