Prices for goods shipped to non-EU countries exclude VAT.
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees in the destination country.

Any additional taxes, duties, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed.

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged on goods shipped within the European Union.

Articles may be exchanged if they do not fit, provided they are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.

Please note: Custom-made items cannot be exchanged.

To determine your ring size, we recommend having your finger measured professionally at a local jeweler (or contact us to request a complimentary ring sizer).

To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist tightly using a measuring tape or a strip of paper and share the measurement with us.
For most other items, custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.

Please return the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Please note that we do not provide return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you live outside the European Union, please contact us by email before arranging the return shipment. 
We will provide you with the necessary customs return documents to ensure smooth processing.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will arrange the exchange accordingly.

A full refund can only be issued if the item is unworn and in perfect condition. Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned.
The right of return applies within 14 days of delivery.

Germany and European Union

If you wish to return an item, please ship it via a carrier of your choice.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. 
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Refunds will be processed promptly after we have received and inspected the returned item, according to the payment method you used.

Please note: Express shipping costs are not refundable; only standard EU shipping costs will be reimbursed.

All Other Countries (Including Switzerland and UK)

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email:

We will provide you with the necessary Return Documents, which must be included with your returned item.

For non-EU returns, we require shipping via FedEx, using a return shipping label provided by us for 45€. 
All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed promptly after we have received and inspected the returned item, according to the payment method you used.
