EXCHANGE & RETURNS

 

It is possible to exchange articles in case they don’t fit - as long as the pieces are unworn and in excellent condition.

To clarify your ring size, please have your finger measured professionally at a jeweler nearby (or contact us for a ring sizer tool). To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist tightly with a measuring tape or strip of paper, then let us know the measurement. For most articles, it is possible to manufacture custom sizes upon request.

 

Please send us the article back. We strongly recommend tracking, yet we don’t provide return labels.

If you live OUTSIDE THE EU, please get in touch via email before arranging the return shipping – so we can send you the required return documents for customs.

A full refund of your return can only be made if the piece is unworn and in excellent condition. Custom made and engraved pieces cannot be returned. Right of return within 14 days of delivery.

GERMANY AND EUROPEAN UNION

If you would like to return a piece, please ship your return item with a carrier of your choice.

We recommend to send your shipment with tracking number. All shipment costs for returns must be paid in full by the client.

We will arrange the refund promptly after having received the return shipment, according to the payment method you used. Please note that we do not refund express shipping cost, but only EU standard shipping costs.

We will email you the Return Documents. Send these along with the item you wish to return.

 

Also, we require the return shipping through FedEx. We will provide a FedEx return shipping label for 45€. All shipment costs for returns must be paid in full by the client and will be deducted from the refund.
